“Excellent customer service: security guard, concierge reception, maid, shuttle service driver.
The only con was the lack of restaurants around the area especially at night. (which is beyond Skyport Hotel’s responsibility), but the hotel itself is exceptionally excellent for the price. Well maintained, clean, and champion customer service. I will definitely be staying here again next time, and perhaps buy my food somewhere before checking in.

“Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. ”
“Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. “This structure was the best one we tried in Manila because of their personal and the facilities they have. Everything you could need, Citadines Benavidez has it.
We kindly suggest to stay here if you plan to visit Manila, it's worth it. The structure is perfectly new and clean everywhere. We used the gym, the swimming, the laundry, and we can say for sure that everything was impeccable.
If we have to point out something a bit disappointed but not the end of the world.. it was one of the waiter...
